The App accesses Google Drive data only after explicit authorisation by the user.

Specifically, the App may access:

• Files and folders selected by the user
• File metadata (such as file name and file type)

The App does not access the user’s entire Google Drive.

Google Drive data is accessed solely for automation purposes, including:

• Processing files selected by the user
• Moving, organising, or transforming files as part of automated workflows

Data is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

The App uses Make.com as a data processor to execute automation workflows.
Make.com processes data only as instructed and does not retain ownership of the data.

• Data is processed temporarily to complete automation tasks
• No long-term storage of Google Drive content is maintained by the App
• Reasonable technical measures are used to protect data during processing

Users can:

• Review permissions at any time via their Google Account
• Revoke access instantly via Google Account settings

Once access is revoked, the App can no longer access Google Drive data.

When the App is disconnected:

• No further data is accessed
• Any temporary processing data is discarded
